Track Practice will be at TC Williams High School located at 3330 King Street, Alexandria, VA 22302.
The forecast is going to be great tonight! We may not see weather this pleasant again for several weeks. The workout will be 3 x 1200, 3 x 400. We'll take a 400 jog after the 1200s, and a 200 jog after the 400s. Hope to see a big crowd out tonight!
