Tuesday 6:30 pm Track Practice will be held at TC Williams High School located at 3330 King Street, Alexandria, VA 22302.
Now that temperatures have returned back to normal, we should have a great evening at the track! The workout will be 4 x 1200, all with a 400 jog. Hope to see a big crowd tonight!
