Tuesday Track April 24, 2012

April 24th Track Practice at 6:30 PM

Hey Gang Track practice will be at Wakefield High School this week 4901 South Chesterfield Road, Arlington,VA.  The workout will be 3 x 1200, 4 x 400, with a 400 jog after the 12s, and a 200 jog after the 4s.

Here is a Motivational running video I found on Youtube to get you pumped up for the workout!  I will see everyone at the track!

April 17th Track Practice

No Excuses Gang I hope to see a huge turnout tonight!  This Tuesday's practice will be held at TC Williams High School located at 3330 King Street, Alexandria, VA 22302.  Workout will be 6 x 800 with a 400 rest in between.

Hey Gang remember we will be at Wakefield High School tonight,   4901 South Chesterfield Road, Arlington,VA.  Get there early to warm up.  Workout for the evening is 2 x1200, 2 x800, 2 x 400.  Weather is looking great for tonight so there should be no excuses!  See everyone out there!

Cherry Blossom Results

We had some strong results today at the 40th running of the Cherry Blossom 10 miler, led by Jerry Doyle, who again put on a negative split show.  Mike "Coast Guard" Naff also had a brilliant performance after dealing with health issues for most of the winter.  We don't have the team results yet, but based off of last year, we are in pretty good shape to place very well.  Congratulations to ALL!
