November 6, 2012 Track Practice
Track Practice tonight will 6:30 pm at Wakefield High School, 4901 South Chesterfield Road, Arlington, VA.
Tonight is everyone's favorite workout 4-3-2-1, ie 1600-1200-800-400, all with a 400 jog. Hope to see a big crowd out!
