October 9, 2012 Track Practice at 6:15 pm

Track Practice will be at 6:15 pm at TC Williams High School located at 3330 King Street, Alexandria, VA 22302.

The workout will be 6 x 800 with a 400 jog.

Hope to see a big crowd out tonight!
