April 10th Track Practice
Tuesday Track Arpil 10th 6:30 pm
Hey Gang remember we will be at Wakefield High School tonight, 4901 South Chesterfield Road, Arlington,VA. Get there early to warm up. Workout for the evening is 2 x1200, 2 x800, 2 x 400. Weather is looking great for tonight so there should be no excuses! See everyone out there!
