Four Courts 4 Miler

Jerry "The Hitman" Doyle runs a very strong 23:16 at the 4 courts 4 miler which is a very difficult course. Great job Jerry.

Tomorrow Justin, Dennis, and Maher will be tearing up DC at the annual St. Pattys 8k.

    Great Job this weekend Jerry!! I know that 4 miler course is tough and the hill from Rosslyn to Claredon is no joke, well done!

    The gang running the St. Patty's day 8k all posted some great times. We unfortunately didn't have a woman compete on the team so didn't count in the team competition. Glad to see so members out there competing and making NOVA proud!
